Position Title:  Office Clerk

Department Name:  Kinesiology

Hours of the Week:  08:00 - 04:30

Hourly Wage:  $7.50

Job Description:  To serve as back-up to receptionist for extremely busy student traffic and faculty support. Duties include answering phone, light typing, faxing, filing, shredding, scanning and copying various documents in paper and computerized formats, and other duties as assigned. The department produces course packets, which makes the first month of each semester particularly hectic. The student will also be responsible for handling money as students purchase the course packets and walk-in copying.

Qualifications:  Applicant should have strong multi-tasking, customer service skills. Must be able to produce work with MS Word and Excel. Flexibility and ability to change directions quickly as events dictate. Punctuality and attendance is critical.
